Staff were exceptionally attentive, arranging transport for us and even offering us a voucher for the resort's restaurant when we were stuck indoors on a rainy day. Room was clean and everything worked well. Had a wonderful, restful break here.

We stayed here for 5 days and the experience was superb! I love the vibe here and the sunset view everyday was surreal! Though there may be many people during sunset sometimes but it still wasn’t crowded. The staff were very friendly and their service is really great. It was my birthday on our last day and the staff at the restaurant surprised me with a birthday song and slice of cake during breakfast. What a fabulous birthday starter! Thanks to all the staff especially to Ann. Cheers!

staff were professional and friendly . Room was gorgeous and bed was very comfortable. The beach is the best I’ve ever walked on and renting the atv to ride the beach was a great experience. Resort Restaurant food was great with reasonable prices .
Beach Paradise
The outdoor dining area and beach chairs were great for a relaxing day on the beach. The rooms were large and the bathroom was immaculately clean. The hotel service agents were prompt and professional. The location was perfect for enjoying the beach and viewing the surrounding wetlands.

A relaxing oasis at the end of a very long trip
Nacpan Beach itself is simply magnificent. The resort has dedicated sun lounges for guests, with food and drinks service (at request). Rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant serves delicious food (the BBQ pork skewers were our favourite) and happy hour cocktails are generous and excellent value. Our friends also had a massage and were very impressed.

1) Wow what a resort! The rooms were super unique and the views from the third floor sea side rooms are breathtaking. 2) Senmai restaurant was excellent and every dish we ordered was delicious. They even do brick oven pizza which was a save for us.. our 4 year old son is very picky about what he eats. Of course the local dishes are great as well.. and during our week stay we tried them all! 3) The beach front which you can walk to right outside of the resort is one of the best beaches I have been to in my life. Its private so not alot of people. 4) Service was exceptional from check in to check out.. kudos to the entire team!

Spacious rooms and toilet/bathroom - rooms are the same as pictured in the website; big toilet and bathroom which is ideal for elderly people 3. Responsive service of staff - staff immediately addressed our issue when we reported that the door of our room could not be double-locked 4. Access to swimming pool

Nacpan Beach Resort is a true gem for couples seeking a serene escape. Our stay was nothing short of perfect. The resort is nestled in a stunning location, surrounded by verdant greenery and pristine beachfront. Our room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and offered breathtaking views of the ocean. The staff were exceptional, friendly and attentive to our needs. The dining experience was excellent, with delicious and well-presented meals. The activities and spa services were top-notch. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and would highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a peaceful and pampering getaway. We rate it 10/10.
Great hotel in beautiful location
Great location in Nacpan Beach (which yes, it is 20-30 minutes from El Nido, but it is very nice and quiet compared to El Nido town). The rooms were large, modern and clean - we had one on the third floor with sea view, it was great. The restaurant was sea-facing and food/drinks were good - they also had live music which was really nice. I can 100% recommend it!

1. Beautiful room and surroundings. Thr room is spacious and clean, with a calm energy. Its also just a shirt walk to the beach which is wide and peaceful. 2. Staff were so so helpful and lovely to deal with. They made our lives easier and helped us find tricycles to get into town as well! Special shout to to Hannah and Alvin! 3. You may see turtles hatching!

Loved this hotel! The beach is gorgeous! The rooms are big and modern. Staff are always smiling and greet you. The glamping pool is small but nice, very friendly security guard that is happy to chat about the turtle sanctuary. The restaurant is very good, great cocktail menu and food choice, live music every night!

Very nice resort at the beautiful beach of Nacpan. Food is great in the restaurant and the beach is wonderful. Rooms are nice and the ones with beach view are providing an astonishing outlook. Staff is super friendly and helpful.
Fantastic Resort on Nacpan Beach, El Nido
Beautiful, tastefully furnished rooms and superb beachfront. The staff were professional, polite and very helpful. They have a sea turtle (pawikan) hatchery and it was a one-of-a-kind experience to watch baby turtles being released into the sea. Great value for money and highly recommend if you’re looking for a family-friendly resort in El Nido.

A hidden gem in paradise
If you would like to visit El Nido in one of the Palawan islands, I would highly recommend the Napcan Beach Resort Hotel. A short drive North of Lio airport and situated right beside a most magnificent 3km beach. The staff in the whole hotel are excellent, led by Hanna, Danica, Alvin and Merla. The Filipinos are such a friendly and welcoming people it is a joy to be with them. The beachside restaurant is very good and the beers are ice cold! The local musicians accompany lunch and dinner - and they are also excellent. This place may be far away, but it is truly a tropical paradise and well worth the effort to travel there. Enjoy - we certainly did.
